We hope you love your dress as much as we do, although if you are unhappy you can return/exchange your dress within 14 days. A return request is to be sent within 14 days to info@Epernaybridal.co.uk. Items are to be returned in garment bag and in resalable condition – if the dress is returned faulty, damaged or unsellable upon inspection then the refund could risk being denied.

Please note that this is a sample sale dress and garment dry cleaning is recommended to bring back the dress to new condition. Our sample sale dresses are in good condition however some minor alterations for repairs may be required which are at the cost of the buyer.
